Our client, the US subsidiary of a European Manufacturer Company, is seeking to hire a CFO to lead a new financial team. In this Framingham company you will work directly with the CEO and Controller in all aspects of the Company’s fiscal matters. To do well in this role, you should have solid experiences in a manufacturing company. Your responsibilities will include strategy, financial planning and analysis; budgeting and forecasting; policies; investor relations; cash management; financial management; finance and accounting team management, administrative and operations.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, and an MBA or CPA with at least ten years of demonstrated experience in a senior management position. Must have strong financial and accounting background; experience with corporate governance; proven negotiation skills; experience with budget management, public accounting and cash flow; ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions; ability to inspire confidence and create trust; ability to work under pressure, plan personnel workload and effectively delegate responsibilities; and ability to work well with independent auditors.
